Here come the girls: Lauren Goodger and Lydia Bright look glam as they prepare to film TOWIE in Romford, Essex, today
With the fourth series of The Only Way Is Essex set to air this Sunday, the old and familiar faces showed the newcomers how to do it today.
Leading the way were two of the original females from the very first series, Lauren Goodger and Lydia Bright.
Lauren, 25, who made her name on the ITV2 show with her on and off relationship with Mark Wright, was dressed to impress and looked ultra glamorous as she arrived for filming at Brickyard Bar and Grill in Romford, Essex.
The reality TV star wore a short beige dress that fell well above the knee and showed off her ample cleavage.
She debuted her new dark brown hair earlier this month at former co-star Maria Fowler's leaving party, but today she looked like she was trying emulate a similar style to the Duchess of Cambridge with her locks slightly curled.
Although her face was clearly over done with foundation, the star appeared to be wearing less fake tan than normal as her hands were a lighter tone than her face.

Lydia, 21, was also rocking a glamorous look and wore a floor-length black dress with silver detail around the waist.
With her pale skin, red lipstick and her blonde hair worn up, there was something Gothic about the way she was dressed and her mother, Debbie Douglas, was wearing a similar outfit.
Cara Kilbey and Billi Mucklow joined the two girls and both made an effort to shine after being promoted to more than bit part characters for the fourth series.
Frankie Essex and Jessica Wright arrived for a night out at Faces in Gants Hill, Essex, both dressed casually

While Billi wore a multi-coloured dress and a funky headdress, Cara kept covered in a brown fur lined poncho and flashed her long legs in a pair of red heels.
The wild night out that the group had planned couldn't get to out of hand, however, because the Brickyard Bar and Grill closes at 11pm on Tuesdays.
While half the gang were ready to party at a girls night out in Romford, some of the other ladies headed to Faces in Gants Hill, Essex, with some of the new cast with Lauren Pope and Chloe Sims making a huge effort to out do their colleagues.

Lauren, 28, wore a tight fitting red dress with a cream coloured three-quarter-length sleeve leather jacket.
The glamour model went the extra mile and broke out a new pair of nude coloured heels which she had left the price stickers on the sole.
Chloe, 30, was dressed a little more conservatively and wore black leggings with a black coat with a matching top.

Jessica Wright and Frankie Essex let the side down slightly by arriving a little casually dressed.
While Jessica wore a beige jumper and wet-look leggings, Frankie turned up with her hair still in rollers and sporting a velour tracksuit.
Newcomer Georgina Dorsett hit the supermarket before filming and was dressed in a grey top with leggings.
Mario Falcone followed the girls round the shop in a grey Adidas tracksuit and picked up some much needed reading material to study between filming.
