Chris L and Peyton Dating??

Thanks to Tracy from Mass for sending me the link to a recent article on Chris L in the Boston Globe.  According to this interview with Chris L, it sounds like ABC tried to woo him hard core - offering all sorts of cool stuff, but that he actually turned them down.  The article also states that as of a couple of days ago, Chris L was out with his girlfriend, whose name was not disclosed, but who the author says could be found with some googling.

If that's the case, it's pretty easy to conclude that Chris L's new mystery girl is none other than the blonde Peyton - a recent favorite from Bachelor Pad.  Peyton currently lives in Texas, but seems to have had occasions to meet up with Chris L both at parties thrown by the Intellectually Challenged Gia and through other meet-ups.

Peyton actually seemed like a lady of substance. If they were going to choose the next Bachelorette from Bachelor Pad, Peyton would definitely be the favorite, hands down. She had the best head on her shoulders, is gorgeous and seemed genuinely interested in finding love. Not to mention, she rejected Jesse after he was less than chivalrous on their one on one date. She is the first bachelorette in history to turn down the fantasy suite because she wasn't interested in the guy.  Major respect!  Perhaps Peyton is the real reason why Chris L turned down Bachelor?? Hmmm...when it gets serious enough, perhaps it will be confirmed??

In other gossip, Kiptyn and Tenley just returned from their week long trip to Hawaii.  It is rumored that he may have given her a very sparkly Xmas present, but I'm sure we'll have to wait and see before this is confirmed. Either way, the two are pretty serious.
