Legendary Afro Fusion star Youssou N’Dour is joining in therun for president this year. On Monday, January 2, Youssou announced that hewill be running for the top most seat against President Abdoulaye Wade, Good luck tooldie.
Anyhows, Youssou said in a statement broadcast on radio andtelevision in its group, Future Media (TFM) in Dakar. “I listened, I heard andI respond positively” to several requests to run for office in the Senegalesepresident. “I am a candidate,” said Youssou N’Dour, citing a “patriotic duty”.
